By accessing, browsing, or using the web application at hoozl.com ("Website", "Platform", "Service"), operated by hoozl.com Technology Ltd., you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agree to be legally bound by these Terms and Conditions of Service ("Terms"). If you do not agree to all provisions contained within these Terms, you must discontinue your use of the platform immediately.

2. Permitted Document Processing & User Conduct

Hoozl grants you a personal, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to utilize our PDF and document processing tools for lawful personal, professional, and commercial purposes. You agree that you will not use the service to:

  • Upload, process, or transmit documents containing malware, viruses, worms, trojans, or malicious scripts.
  • Infringe upon any third party's copyright, trademark, patent, trade secret, or intellectual property rights.
  • Process defamatory, fraudulent, unlawful, or exploitative documents or materials.
  • Attempt to reverse engineer, decompile, scrape, or systematically index the platform via automated bots without explicit written consent.

3. Intellectual Property Rights & Document Ownership

You retain 100% full legal ownership, copyright, and intellectual property rights in all documents, images, and text uploaded to hoozl.com. Hoozl does not claim any proprietary interest in your files. We do not use your documents to train public artificial intelligence models, nor do we disclose or sell your contents to third parties.

4. Ephemeral Processing & Zero Data Retention

Hoozl operates on a state-of-the-art Zero-Data Retention architecture. All client-side tools (such as Merge PDF, Split PDF, Rotate PDF, Crop PDF, and Page Numbering) execute entirely in your web browser using HTML5 Canvas and WebAssembly. No document data is sent to our servers for these tools. For server-assisted AI OCR tasks, all temporary files are purged from volatile server memory immediately upon completion of the task.

5. Subscription Plans, Billing & Price Protection

We offer a free starter tier alongside our paid Pro Unlimited subscription ($1.00 USD per month or $10.00 USD per year) and Business plans. All paid transactions are securely handled through Stripe. By subscribing, you authorize recurring charges to your chosen payment method until you cancel. Your introductory subscription price is locked in for the lifetime of your active subscription and will never be increased without prior notice.

6. Cancellation & 30-Day Money-Back Guarantee
